Pattaya Beach

Location: Bangkok Bay, about 154 kilometers away from Bangkok to the west.

Pattaya Beach is 10 kilometers long with gentle slope, silver white sands, clear seawater, and beautiful sunshine. The surrounding tropical trees and coconuts woods offers you the most impressive scenes of eastern sea, Except swimming and sunbath, Pattaya Beach has various water sports. You can take the huge ships crossing Bangkok Bay to Ko Lan which looks like a half moon and has very clear sea water. Tourists can take the motorboat with transparent bottom to see the wonderful undersea world.

The north part of Pattaya Beach is much quieter than other parts. There are many nice hotels and resorts there, which is very good for the visitors who want to enjoy peace. The south part is filled with hostels, restaurants, clotes stores, bars, clubs and all the various entertainments. The young love it for the noise and excitement.
